Hell! Mnhookah.

I lost my mini glass bowl, so I placed order for a new one on 8 December, and now it says my order is still processing. 3 weeks left, Hell!! Whats wrong with Mnhookah? I emailed to ask them 4 times and they never email me back. I ordered with them because I've good experience with them and I know only 3 vendors that sell glass bowl, Mnhookah, Crown hookah. Crown hookah won't ship internationally. What should I do? Should I cancel the payment with my credit card account ? Unfortunately you should just cancel. The guys over at MN took a break to focus on other business ventures and made a post several months ago about the break. They said they would keep up minimally with the online business but having really begun to neglect it, your not the first person left hanging like this, and until they start to focus on the e-store again you probably won't be the last.

They still owe me $25 from when I preordered Scalli's herbal. I've sent them about 20 emails. They said they can't refund me, because it's been more than 90 days. I said just send me $25 worth of shisha. Tariq said okay. Months later, I'm still empty handed. I've emailed him several times.

Well, I ordered a glass bowl from there back around october..it took them about 4 weeks to get it out to me..so give it another week, if it still doesn't ship, feel free to try the angry voicemail approach :)

They've been out since about.. August if I remember correctly.

We should definitely have a warning for newcomers about MNHookah's current state and that they should avoid ordering from them until they are officially back in business.

Don't take that crap....ask your card carrier if you can dispute it. There is no such thing as can't refund....they could always write you a check...

I understand that they are busy with that restaurant or w/e, but if they aren't going to ship the stuff people ordered then they really need to take down their gateway terminal so people can't keep ordering stuff.  Or just freeze the site. Annoyinggggg

This is really sad. I defended them when the first negative string of topics about them were posted months ago, but I cant defend them anymore. That really is inexcusable customer service and flat out neglect to their loyal customers.

Yeah. MNHOOKAH used to be at the top 4 vendors for me. I wish them luck in their new business venture. I just wish that they just put some note on their online site about expected delays.

Have had the same problem, ordered a new glass bowl on Dec. 9th since mine broke. Have left countless emails and calls. Is the correct email addy contact@mnhookahs.com and tarik@mnhookah.com?

I order everything from HS, their customer service is great! Unfortunately, it seems only MNHookah has the glass bowls with fitted glass screens. Has anyone else found these somewhere else?

Crown hookah has glass bowls but they don't have glass screens and glass mods.
