Whats wrong with Mnhookah? I emailed to ask them 4 times and they never email me back. I ordered with them because I've good experience with them and I know only 3 vendors that sell glass bowl, Mnhookah, Crown hookah. Crown hookah won't ship internationally. What should I do? Should I cancel the payment with my credit card account ? The guys over at MN took a break to focus on other business ventures and made a post several months ago about the break. They said they would keep up minimally with the online business but having really begun to neglect it, your not the first person left hanging like this, and until they start to focus on the e-store again you probably won't be the last. They said they can't refund me, because it's been more than 90 days. I said just send me $25 worth of shisha. Tariq said okay. Months later, I'm still empty handed. I've emailed him several times. We should definitely have a warning for newcomers about MNHookah's current state and that they should avoid ordering from them until they are officially back in business.
