ok first off if you are still updating your site with new sales but not filling orders then there is something majorly wrong... this problem has been going on for how long? and i know for a fact that they are offered free shipping in christmas, and now free shipping for valentines day for orders over 150. so if something is going on and you have your live to tend to stop updating the site with new sales, better yet close the site and stop accepting money. secondly your a buisiness owner you knew what you were getting into when you opened the buisiness, and as an owner isnt it kind of your obligation to ensure that things are done in a timely manner? there really is no excuse for it. i would understand yeah if you know maybe the site pretty much died down and looked like nothing had changed but when you are still updating the site, then its just a big kick in the nuts to anyone who doesnt know that they arent shipping on a regular basis right now.

to top it off i sent an email just to ask if they were back up and running, i sent that email over a month ago and no respsonse... so you tell me if you think they can still be referred to as a quality source

I just wanted to point out that the Valentines day sale, free shipping for orders over 150, was posted Feb 14, 2009, which would have made it a year ago...

xD, I would love for people to read websites instead of assuming. =\... I do understand your all upset, why not just stay away from the site and put a WARNING on the forums about the slow operation.

wouldn't a warning on THEIR site be more appropriate?

MNH should at least have the responsibility, or at least the decency, to inform their customers that orders may take longer than expected. Or that emails will go unanswered, phone calls not returned, or any other scenarios that a customer SHOULD know before they place an order. Edited February 16, 2010 by Arcane

Tarik has provided me the tracking number almost 2 week ago and then I'm waiting for week to get my package. But fuc_ it has been delivered to other country, not my country. This couldn't happened. I just got in to hookahs and I really wish they were still up and going because it would be the closes place to where I live. It would have been nice for shipping.
