A consenting adult has the right to choose to work for a company or not. I mean honestly no one is [i]forced[/i] to work in a hookah lounge - it isn't like it's your only option. Just saying... It's a doctrine of law that states that the employer is free to fire, and the employee is free to quit. That way an employee can't sue because their employer 'forced' them to do something - they could leave at any time if they didn't like how things were.
