Scrubbing Your Hookah Clean.

Recommended Posts

My order from HJ came in today, I got three coconaras, two narbishes, three OG Tang and a KM stem brush thing. I never knew how dirty my pharonie was until today. No wonder my shisha's flavor wasnt as good as they used to be. I always run scolding hot water down my stem after each session and thought it was enough... How wrong I was. I scrubbed my stem as soon as I got my order and nothing but brown water ran out. It was NASTY

Nice order buddy :)

Yeah I like to clean my KM Hookah every 2-3 times I smoke! and pressure-wash the biaatch! Using lemon juice also helps alot, try that out!

scrubbing new pipes before smoking is key. i did this with my temsah and was i glad i did. an overlooked part of cleaning (often times because of lack of small brushes/tools) people don't clean the hose port stem thing from where it goes into the hookah & same story with the purge, those places are FILTHY, often from accumulated crap from a combination of fabrication and REMEMBER PEOPLE these things were floating around on a container for weeks from egypt as well as just hanging out in either a garage or a warehouse before you got them - they simply cannot be clean

That's a given even with new hookahs. It is not like buying new cars.

Between packaging, shipping, storing and all that, it is very normal for stems to collect a lot of dust and debris.

Even if the stem LOOKS clean, it is a very safe idea to clean it anyway. Everyone can spare a few minutes before a session.

Yeah the hose port can collect a lot of nastiness too. Use Wild Turkey to clean it...this will eliminate absolutely any smell.
