Good Websites To Purchase From

Recommended Posts

So I am new to hookahs and having trouble finding reputable web sites to shop from. I have so far used three sites: saharasmoke, hookahcompany, and hookah-life. I know of hookahjohn from the forum, but I was hoping to tap the collective mind of this forum for more places to buy online.

Also, I live in DC and wonder if anyone knows of any retailers in the surrounding areas that are legitimate. So far I know only of Khan El Khalili in NoVA.

SocialSmoke.com (Texas)
NazarHookah.com (Florida)
HookahJohn.com (Cali)
HookahCompany.com (Cali)

These are the only places I order from.

Ive used hookah-shisha, hookah john and texas hookah over my hookah smoking time. Over the three Hookah John is the best. His customer service is well above the others and he even throws in free stuff with orders from time to time.

Hey man I'm in Nova/DC too. Where is Khan el Khalili? Duty free shopping from the Middle East aside, I usually get my tobacco and coals from the many Lebanese or Persian stores around --Assal Persian Supermarket in Vienna has lots of Al Fakher and other tobacco too. Gourmet Basket Lebanese store, in McLean, has really cheap Coconaras, cheaper than online. There are also two shops in Adams Morgan that have hookah stuff, one is called B&K Newstand, and the other, not sure, but its a little hole in the wall on the same side of 18th street with hookahs in the window.

Southsmoke.com, where I ordered mine from. Excellent support, and they take packing very seriously-When mine arrived i had to swim through packing peanuts to get to my goods, but they in perfect condition. prices for parts are cheaper too-the vortex style base that H-S charges 50 bucks for is a mere 35 from southsmoke. I was very satisfied with my purchase, and they almost always have some sort of speciel incentives going on.

Khan El Khalili
5826 Seminary Road
Falls Church, VA 22041

They don't have a ton of stuff and it is mostly traditional egyptian styled things, but they have a wall of AF and some Nakhla and SB.

And thanks for the leads!

I bought my hookah from www.hookahkings.com, and I have also ordered through www.socialsmoke.com. Both had great customer service and were shipped out the next day and packaged wonderfully.
