Samantha82991
I'm looking for some really good shisha. So far my favorite is Starbuzz bluemist... I really like minty flavors for some reason. So what is the best shisha (brands, flavors, etc.) in your opinion? Thanks! (Also, is the herbal stuff any good?)
Tyler
1) arent you the interview chick? 2) youll get many different answers but it all depends on what you like and are looking for in a tobacco. it'll probably be between tangiers, nakhla, nakhla mizo, al fahker, fusion, starbuzz, or layalina...and stuie will say romman

LZ22
Well Samantha, what do you look for most in a brand? Buzz, flavor, etc? Some are better than others in different areas I'd say! And I think the consensus is that herbal shishas taste horrible! My favorite would be Nakhla. Its got a stronger kick to it than starbuzz. The Nakhla Mizo line of flavors is supposedly very flavorful and amazing!

thatonethere
My personal favorite is the Nakhla Mizo line. I can't compare SB to Nak because I've never smoked SB, but I like Nakhla Mizo for the following reasons: 1. price 2. flavours (I love the after taste the tobacco flavours leave in my mouth) 3. smoothness 4. clouds 5. buzz All in all, I get more bang for my buck with this shisha. As far as herbal stuff goes, I wouldn't recommend any. In fact that was my first mistake when trying hookah. If you do decide to try herbal stuff, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM SOEX BRAND!!!!!!!! JOE
i say nakhla, but it really is personal preference and what you look for in a "good" session.
kvtaco17
mmm mizo grape/mint together... is sex... or nak jasmine and og/mizo mint... or mizo lemon/ og/ mizo mint... omg joygasm! OR go big and use nak jasmine/mizo grape/rose and a tiny pinch of mint for floral mint heaven!
Jeff_T
My top faves would be tangiers horchata, tangiers melon blend and nakhla sweet melon. There are a lot that are very highly rated in my book, but I think these are at the top, at least right now.
twoapplesplease
My personal favorite brand is nakhla...From your description of what you like I suggest trying Romman good times its a great citrius mint blend.
mattarios2
NAK-HLA! if you like mint try mint+margarita, mint+lemon, mizo gum, mint+mizo grape, or mint + mandarin orange or mizo orange. but if you aren't a fan of a buzz ... then i'd recommend fusion! Sonthert
I have smoked a lot of sheesha over the years. I might be viewed as biased...but I like Tangiers best. I also like Nahkla and Romman too. I don't like the texture of washed corn syrup based tobaccos. For other people, they like that texture of the vapor. I like the texture of molasses based tobaccos best and the few others that used to be imported to the United States have become quite rare. I like Tangiers flavors. The flavors of Tangiers are generally more vivid (although certain flavors are embarrassing or lacking to me) and dramatic. For whatever reason, Tangiers flavors resonate but still maintain subtleties where other brand's flavors are either subtle or vibrant, but never in-between. Some flavors don't need subtlety in any degree and that are generally what I consider to be the best flavors of other brands. Mint and anise need no subtlety nor "wiggle". Thats why Al Fakher mint and Nakhla Double Apple are two of the best in their ranks. Its a matter of taste, entirely. There is no right answer to "Who makes the best sheesha?" Some people like things I don't, other people like what I like. Its all a matter of opinion. My opinion might be more or less in keeping with the majority, I don't know. What's more, I don't think I care too much. Its what I like. Hookah Forum likes Tangiers, Al Fahker and Nahkla. It doesn't like Starbuzz and Hookah Hookah as much. Other forums might like Nahkla, Starbuzz and Hookah Hookah, but hate Tangiers and Al Fahker. I think, at the risk of being immodest, Nahkla is more the universal hookah tobacco brand. It is the best selling brand in the world and that's no accident. It rules the low price-line. Nobody else comes close. I think Tangiers can give Al Fahker a good run for the mid-line market. I think Starbuzz rules the high price-line market. I think Romman deserves a lot more respect than it gets and it takes more than Stuie loving it to make it king, though. Although Stuie liking it is a pretty big endorsement in my book. His liking Tangiers is luminous praise indeed. Its a good question and a good thread, though. BBKakes
Cuzzinz, hands down. Thier packaging reminds me of my favorite Stryper album cover. If that's not an endorsement, then what is?
Codename067
AF Mint, the single greatest flavor of all time. Sadly, the rest of their line up isn't. Layalina has a few good flavors. Tangiers Nakhla once in a while. Washed or non-washed, I smoke both, and neither give me any buzz, so it is never a factor for me when I decide to smoke something. Chreees
Nakhla and Tangiers. Tangiers wins for best flavors in my book, whereas Nakhla never fails because it's so friendly on the wallet. Both give good buzz while offering good flavors overall.
ilikemyusername
my favorite all time flavor is nakhla cardamom but I doubt you're ready for that... few people are.

ryno
Every brand has good flavors. Every brand has bad flavors. Its all about what you're looking for. I usually stick to Tangiers, Nakhla and Fusion. Occasionally some Al Fakher.
