Me And My Agenda

[size="3"]I am a web application developer (programmer for websites). My friends and I have spent many hours smoking hookah and scheming up a hookah lounge. We've selected a location and have contacts, marketing will be easy, and I have a business model in the works. Unlike my friends, I have the initiative to do research and to make contacts to get this business up and rolling. I've never started a "real" business, but I am self employed and making enough money to survive. If it counts for anything, I paid for my own lunch through highschool through profits I made selling candy between classes, sometimes I had extra money beyond that.
Essentially, I'm looking for contacts, investors, resources, etc., every thing you'd need to get a hookah lounge going.
