First Hookah -- Is This All I Need?

I ordered the Mya QT Two Hose with the diffuser. The person on live chat said it allowed for "thicker smoke" and on water pipes it seems to really help out. If it's pretty much useless $10 isn't that much. I'm a pretty new hookaher(?) and didn't want to spend too much money on one because I'm saving for a water pipe. For $70 I should be pretty happy, right?

And as most other people suggested id wait till you had some more money and use it on a good hookah. You wouldent want to get a bad one and only have to buy another one later on in the game.

I have the QT and love it. I live in a small apartment with my wife, a seventeen year old son, and a dog. Not much room for anything big. But with the QT I can sit at the dining room table and smoke my hookah while we watch tv. With the QT there isn't a lot of rumble so the diffuser might be a bit much but you will be happy I assure you.
