redjako
Though for security reasons, how fast do you think it takes to hit "back" and click on a competing hookah forum? If you need more mods, get more mods. More donations? Lets start a campaign for donations. These types of "must register" just to view posts always pointed me in the other direction for forums, and in fact, prevents me from coming here casually as much.
Yeah i agree, I can't really browse often on a non-work computer or network, but now I can't browse at all. I use to browse, get on my phone, and then sign up and reply, but now.. not so much.
Chreees
Wait, HF makes you register now to see the threads? Uh, lame... I always stay signed in, so I wasn't aware that it was doing that...

Must have a reason for it though, I Don't think Mush would have implemented it without good reason.
Chreees
Yeah, there must be a reason... I know Mush doesn't do anything without reason. Just sometimes when I'm visiting a friend or on campus I wanna browse the forum real quick without signing in. I've noticed other forums (ones that I do not visit often, my home is here) are making everything completely private...
mushrat
um..unless someone fucked something up we SHOULDN'T be working like that. What threads/sections did you have problems with? We purposely made it so guests COULD see the forum.

Amn_sinclair
i just logged out just to see it lets you see what threads there are but when you click on a thread you get this message [#103139] For security reasons, only registered members are allowed to view topics and posts. However, registration only takes about 10 seconds and allows you full access to the forums, gallery, chat and blogs!
