LZ22
Are nakhla sheherazade flavors just as flavorful and strong as the Mizo line? There are a lot of interesting flavors but i'd like to know how they stack up.
fineout
never had mizo but sherezade is really really good
mattarios2
Sherazade just offers stronger types of flavors if that makes sense. Like you would expect cinnamon or chocomint (both from sherazade line) to be stronger than strawberry etc. just because of its natural flavor. The only lines from Nakhla I find to be not necessarily weaker in flavor but "smoother" and not so IN YOUR FACE is the el basha line and a couple flavors from the classic line. I pray they make more Sherazade because the flavors in that line are amazing and explosive.
twoapplesplease
personaly i like sheharezde more then mizo...and yes I also want more sheharazade flavors( clove ),, is pistacio a sheharazde? I cant rember but its great..Ohh and margarita I know is and is awsome
Webbles
sheharezde Flavors are far more potent and a dryer shisha. Your not gonna get a super sweet smoke like ya would from a mizo, but the flavors sheharezde line has massive amounts of flavor. Think of it this way: Mizo = Wet, larger cut, tobacco - brand new style of Nakhla Sheharzde = Dry small cut tobacco - typical Nakhla
mattarios2
BUT even with all the new batches of the original stuff (non mizo) being waaay gooey-er than the older batches ... the sherezade I find most often is even gooey-er. I find it goes Original nakhla (all lines but sherezade) = gooey Sherezade = more gooey Mizo = nearing soaked, if AF = 10, Mizo is prob a 7? Maybe ... I haven't had AF in a while. Think of it this way: Mizo = Wet, larger cut, tobacco - brand new style of Nakhla Sheharzde = Dry small cut tobacco - typical Nakhla
+1 Although, I see no difference between the cuts. From what I've heard, Mizo is Nakhla's attempt to compete with AF. Can anyone back me up on this? I wouldn't say the Mizo flavors are necessarily sweeter, but they are definately jucier. The Sherazade flavors seem to be more exotic i.e. chocomint, marguerita, cardamom, earl grey, etc. IMO, all Nakhla smokes about the same. Although, the Mizo line's flavor lasts longer on account of all the extra juice. Mizo Orange, Lemon, Peach and Apple are very similar in flavor to their regular Nakhla counterparts. Mizo Grape and Gum are very similar to their AF counterparts in flavor. Mizo Mint is like a cross between AF Mint and regular Mint Nakhla. It has the both sweetness of AF and the menthol coolness of regular Nakhla. The perfect blend, if I do say so myself. Mizo Apricot is just terrible. I don't know what Nakhla was thinking on this one. It has an extremely small sweet spot - it tastes like crap if even a tiny bit too hot or cold. Mizo Guava and Watermelon are both amazing! They are like no other tobacco I've smoked in the same flavors. It will take a lot to make these flavors better than they are in Mizo. The Sherazades are all very good as well with the exception of Coffee and Pistachio. Neither of those taste anything like you'd expect and the Pistachio is reminiscent of prunes. Hope this helps! mattarios2
Acclimate the mizo apricot, that should help. And pistachio just tastes like artificial pistachio, like pistachio pudding or pistachio cake ... prunes? eh not so much to me.

Even when it was smoking right it had a sickeningly sweet, artificial flavor. It surprised me since that is so unlike Nakhla. On the Pistachio, maybe I got a bad batch. I love pistachio pudding which is why I was excited to try the shisha. When I smoked it, I couldn't detect even the slightest hint of the flavor I was looking for and expecting. Big let down, that one. No worries, though. I've yet to find a brand to hit the nail on the head on every flavor, IMO.
mattarios2
You know whats funny, the other day i sparked a bowl of pistachio ... and exactly what you are describing is what happened to me. But I believe I have gotten one funky tub of shisha from nak in my entire life, so I don't think it's a bad batch issue. Maybe I should acclimate pistachio ... I never used to. Also mizo apricot tastes the same as og apricot. I just like to use mizo apricot to mix with og peach. 2-3g of apricot because like you said it's waaay too powerful, and 35g of peach, and the apricot accents it nicely! Stuie
Oh I love Sherazade, I keep a Kilo of Chocomint, Cinnamon and Margarita at home at all times. They are simply amazing got Earl Grey and Cardamom at home to try can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!! They should make more Sherazade. I like Mizo but not quite as much with the exception of Cherry... God help me I love Mizo Cherry!

Its always been so dry that there is barely a stain on the plastic wrapping when un-package it. Mabey ive just been buying old nakhla. I would say: OG Nakhla = sticky Sherezade = More sticky Mizo = gooey

Be prepared for uber flavor. I love it. Ray ps the pistachio reminded me of the pudding but it did have to acclimate for about an hour.
mattarios2
webbles ... you are for sure buying old nakhla. From what vendors tell me such as hookahjohn nakhla is THE biggest counterfit tobacco ... and a lot of nak just sits around for years before being sold. Buy some new stuff from HJ, HC, HS, Nazar or any of our worthy vendors and you will see the difference for sure. It does also help that they changed their recipe according to Eric to make it stay moist for a much longer period. I have some nak that is about 6-8 months old, and is still just as gooey as the day i got it.
That cinnamon is the best I've had. I generally don't recommend it by itself as it seems to lose its potency the more of it there is, but it's a fantastic mixer. We have a mix at the lounge called "banana hammock" that's NK Banana (also a fantastic flavor, IMO) with a pinch of cinnamon. People love it. It just adds a tiny zap of atomic fireball to the end of your exhale. Marguerita is a staple of mine. It's a fantastic lime flavor. I've recently been on a huge citrus kick and have been smoking a lot of mizo lemon with marguerita. Tastes like a flat Sprite! Earl Gray is something I smoked once and have no desire to ever smoke again. It reminds me a lot of cardamom. Those super strong flavors are just not appealing to me these days. I used to be a huge fan of cardamom and mint. Now, even the smell of cardamom gives me a headache.

Stuie
I just dumped Earl Grey and Cardamom into lock and locks last night. I tried it for shits and giggles and lemme tell you, i shit alright, but there wasnt a giggle in sight. IMO, unless your a huge fan of cardamon, its NOT a solo smoke. Mixer for sure, like a lil bit in earl grey is identical to what my parents drink. Good luck tho, would love to hear your opinion
LZ22
So does Earl gray not really taste like it does in real life? Is it good as a solo bowl or is it best mixed?
Webbles
Earl grey smoke tastes exactly and i mean DEAD ON, like the tea itself. Ive actually had my dad fooled into thinking i just made fresh pot of tea when infact i was just smoking earl grey. I smoke it by itself usually. But after almost 750g of solo earl grey, ive mixed in some Vanilla, or Lemon and sometimes a little caradmon.
