Skoozle
I'm trying Nak mint with molasses right now hoping for big thick clouds. I don't notice a big difference in clouds but the heat management seems a little trickier. Any one else tried this? Thoughts?
Codename067
You should notice an increase in smoke volume. I added Veg. Glycerin to an old batch of Nakhla Mint..and it did justice for the most part. The tobacco lasted a bit longer in the bowl and the smoker was definitely better. What's your current setup? Skoozle
Basic setup. 27"ish, one hose no name egyptian, egyptian bowl. Started with one 33mm ql (I know, I suck) halved the coal then moved on to 3/2s and 4/2s wind cover on and off for fine tuning. Same as always except I usually only use one coal. redjako
ak mint Og gets monster clouds. I've never noticed a difference trying to add jelly, honey, or otherwise (never got any food-grade glycerin). Gotta pack it right. mattarios2
honestly, no matter how dry your nak or any other shisha is for that matter, the drier the tobacco ... the tighter it should be packed in my experience. I have nak that was years old that i didnt touch and smoked it and it was just fine. If its dry pack tight, and you will not need to EVAAAR put anything in your shisha. Arcane
extra molasses shouldn't give you a noticeable increase in cloudage.....that's comes from the glycerine.

Skoozle
Thanks guys. I just got the Nak 6 weeks ago, it's not dry at all. I was just experimenting. Sounds like I should get a good handle on clean Nak before I start throwing in other stuff from the kitchen. I also tried Nak and honey the other day... Not great.
