New Idea Maybe?

Alcohol reduces your capacity to make good judgments.

Smoking, doesn't and potential risk of burning carpet and customers... probably won't happen... unless you plan on opening one... then I think a Trip to Vegas might be in order!

i know that hookah is getting bigger in vegas, i remember reading an article about a new lounge opening, serving champagne and such while you smoke, but no gambling, i like to relax while i smoke, not lose money!

I smoke hookah and play poker at home a lot...thinking about it im not sure if they would implement this in Vegas...hoses tend to get in the way. Also when drunk people are involved things tend to get knocked over, and ash isnt a fun clean up off a nice poker table

i think there is just as much of a chance people knock over they're drinks as a coal? plus they could build the hookah into the tables so the stem wouldn't get bumped all the time and the hose could be run under the table so its not in the way?

I think it would be awesome. i love smoking hookah while playing poker with my buddies and occasionally cribbage. unfortunantly i dont ever see it catching on in any of the big casino's. One can argue that people already smoke cloves/cigarettes/cigars at gambling tables but the underlining factor is convenience and hassle. it would be pretty damn cool to see someone with a leila sitting at a table at the mgm puffin away.

I don't think it would be safe, there would be too many people like me who would be frustrated that they're losing and be tempted to throw the coals at the dealer.

I think I would too.
This sounds awesome, but like others said implementation/usage would probably be much more than the casino would want to deal with.
