Are Km Hoses Any Good?

Recommended Posts

I picked up a new KM trimetal and wanted to know if the hose it comes with is any good? I already have a Nammor washable and Narbish v3. Does the hose that comes with the KM share the same features (larger drags, washable, durable, etc)? Or should I just sell it and stick with the two I have now.

I would keep it. It is not washable, but it should smoke as good (if not better) as any other hose

I havnt had any luck with the KM hoses, have had three and one came with a hole, one was kinda smashed and the other fell apart after not too long. They do have a large gauge and look pretty cool though.

I have several hoses, my Khalil Mamoon hoses are among my top performing. They have a nice open draw and in my experience are quite durable (I have been using one in particular for 2 years now on a regular basis). In addition they have nice long handles which are comfortable to hold.

Keep it, use it, and in this way determine if it suits you.

I would say even though they aren't washable the KM hoses are still my favorite, and the top performing. Stick with it and use it, but first make sure there's no leaks.

I've only had one KM hose and it came with my Pharonie. It was my favorite hose until it got ruined by some drunk. Since then I've bought 2 Narbish hoses. The pull is about the same but aesthetically I like KM better.

Just used a KM hose for the first time and I love it the pull is awesome and it looks great. Like everyone has mentioned it isnt washable. Before the KM I had 2 MYA Ninja hoses with shitty pull, I havent used a nammor but id def recommend the KM. I guess its really your preference tho. Get the hookah smoking great and swap the hoses back and forth and figure which you like best. In either event id at least keep it as a back up incase something happens to your other hoses.

Not washable, but I love the pull and feel of them. Wouldn't throw one away that's for sure!

I feel the same way. Really like my KM hose and those I've used, just kinda sucks they're not washable... Still a solid hose though, def a keeper.

What's a good way to avoid rusting inside the walls? On my non-washable hoses I usually blow out the remaining smoke before putting it back.

I usually blow my hose out after smoking and hang it up on something so the ends are facing down.

KM makes the best and nicest looking hoses in this industry if you ask me. It's a 'mans' hose, to say the least.
Just use it until it starts rusting. It might take more than 8 months before that starts to happen. Some KM hoses I've owned lasted more than 2 years before I put them down.

What would be the best replacement hose for a QT? I have heard there are port\tipping issue with some. I don't want to spend $25+ and not be able to use it.
