seefoodlover
how long can you hold your breath for? It has been almost a year since i have really done any "conditioning" on my breathing techniques though... I used to free dive a lot. I don't know if it's just me, or do some of you other guys notice a difference in your lung capacity?

FinallyMoving
Ironically enough, we did an experiment in my Biology class to test who had the lung capacity, and I had the highest, even though I smoke tobacco, hookah, etc. Thought it was kinda funny. bellydancerakn
Immeadiantly after smoking hookah, my lung capacity decreases I can't take really deep breaths. But if I wait my normal lung capacity returns sooo...
dizzbizz
I workout pretty regularly on top of smoking hookah 3-4 times a week and have noticed a slight increase in lung capacity.
ryno
I honestly believe hookah increases my lung capacity.
mack6101994
At times my capacity is better and at times it is just terrible
mattarios2
revival ey. mine has increased, not only from hookah but also because when I started smoking hookah I decided to start running, that was like 9 years ago. So I have been smoking hookah for quite a while, but I also run 2.5 miles 5 times a week. So, I believe both have helped.
