dizzbizz
Bug powder is the result of the most exotic insects being ground into powder with angel feathers.

twoapplesplease
I'm not 100% positive but I think its a Kashmir mint flavor......
Karot
I saw a movie called "naked lunch" once about an exterminator/writer who used the bug powder up his nose, if you know what I mean. I have no idea if there's any connection but either way it's worth a watch. 100th post btw, finally after a year and a half! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that when I first heard of the flavor. I haven't tried it, but I really want to see what the hype was about. Tyler
I was under the impression that it was the "leftovers" of his floral and non-fruit flavors kind of like the old mystery meat used to be. INcluding but not limited to mints, k-flavors, and all floral esque flavors (including DO which could attribute the fruity undertones).
Frank
Hookah John has Bug Powder available now. I smoked some at Eric's Lounge in San Diego on Monday night. It is a Kashmir Mint flavor with floral undertones. I didn't understand the hype as I wasn't too impressed. I picked 250G up from Eric though so I will re-evaluate in my smoking environment. Stuie
You will pay for bug powder John has it at around $29.95 per 250g Which I think is lower than what HC sold it at when they got their batch.

[/quote] Bingo, it's what shnozzberry is for the fruity flavors. Shnozzberry is just the scraps all mixed together from the fruity flavors, and Bug powder is the same culmination of mint, floral, vanilla, kashmir etc flavors. The reason it's so much more limited is because those flavors make up a small fraction of Tangiers, while theres plenty of fruity stuff to go around. Its heavenly. Its my #1 all-time favorite flavor. I bought it for like $36 from HC, so john is definately sporting a deal on bug powder. Im headed down to LA/SD in a couple of weeks, stop by and smoke @ Eric's lounge. If he doesnt have any to sell, im gonna pick some up from John for sure. Jabbles180
This is by far my roommate and my favorite tangier's flavor. I went through 500g form eric and 100g when i won the new flavors contest in a little under a month. Its one of those flavors that just plain grow on you. When i had the flavor there was never a question on what to pack if you asked it was bug powder if you wanted something else then you didnt ask you just packed the other flavor yourself. Jeff_T
Had to bite the bullet and place an order with John. Although I do think $30 is a bit crazy (not as bad as $40 I guess), I really want to try it. Hopefully it lives up to and surpasses the hype. This is the first time I've ever purchased a 250g that was over $20... better be FTW
