Thoughts On The Avengers Movie Coming Up?

So as i sit here reading the story on the actor playing captain american (the same dude from fantastic four who play the human torch) i started thinking about how its going to come together with a couple of huge actors and a few semi huge actors. Is it possible for this movie to come out and be as epic as i hope it will be. or will it simply flop?

from what i know of the film they definitely are going to have thor, ironman, and cap. But the hulk has not been confirmed which would be a big no no. We have 2 years to hope that it will be amazing as we all know it can be....but sadly, i have my doubts. I'm sooooooo pumped for it.

Marvel is smart. They have their B-movies they pump out from time to time but this is a HUGE cash cow for them if done properly and they know it. Plus this has been in the works from the very beginning before Iron Man and Incredible Hulk came out. You have to think they're putting everything they can into the film.

I approve of the Thor and Cap choices and think if they sign on Ed Norton for the Avengers film it'll be KILLER. Also we have lesser characters likely to take a larger role like Black Widow who'll be introduced in IM2 (hells yes to Scarlett Johanson in skintight suits).

Last I read up on it (like a year ago) Ant Man was slated for his own film after the Avengers flick so perhaps they use the Avengers film to introduce him.

Also looking forward to other 2nd, 3rd gen Avengers they may choose to include. Hawkeye, Vision, and Black Panther please!

More importantly...HUGO WEAVING IS PLAYING THE RED SKULL in the Cap film!!! How badass is that?!?!

I've heard rumblings of the dude from The Hurt Locker playing hawkeye. it could work. and he's a comic book fan

I think their Choice for Cap was terrible, he was good as a young hot shot Human Torch but not as Steven Rogers, plus as far as i can tell they didn't dye his hair blonde...they put a blonde tint to it, i don't like their choice at all but they could have done way worse....like original April fools joke of Seth Rogan being casted as cap....and also the rumors of Will Smith (IM NOT RACIST but cap isn't black....they have already casted a black asgardian in Idris Alba as heimdall....again im not Racist but there are no Black asgadians)

-THEY SHOULD HAVE CASTED Neal McDonough as cap...although they casted him as something else....


IRON MAN however is spot on and im looking forward to that

They have RECASTED BRUCE BANNER, its not longer Edward Norton it is some Schmuck names Mark Ruffalo who doesn't even look like he can fit the part....but i suppose ill give him a chance even though hulk is my shit, in the beginning they said hulk would NOT make an appearance in the avengers movie but people from his universe like General Ross. But recent posts are hinting towards the possibility, which is bullshit cause Hulk is as much of a huge part of the original avengers whether it be fighting against him or with him

They have Casted Hawkeye too, Jeremy Renner from "The Hurt Locker"

and KeepItSimple, They have casted a new Spiderman with new director and all


I'm really sorry to come in and unload on the subject but Marvel is my thing and i don't have ne where else to discuss with people who know what their talking about....
