SanguineSolitude
it doesnt look like any mya ive ever seen. if it were a mya i would say yes worth that much. but a mya of that quality and size would cost more im thinking. the hose connection area looks like a mya and the quality looks right so i would say it might very well be one. plus hookah shisha is a great brand.that said, even if i had 250 bucks i wouldnt buy that one. i would buy a less expensive mya from myasaray.com and would spend my money on shishai personally would get this one http://www.myasaray.com/store/item.asp?ITE...EM_ID=909&DEPAR TMENT_ID=42its 155 and gorgeous while not being as ostentatious as the one you selected. its more simple and classy i think. but i prefer more traditional simple hookahs so thats just my opinion.as a first hookah i would actually suggest you spend less than that even. i would go with a nice medium sized mya like one of these. http://www.myasaray.com/store/item.asp?ITE...EM_ID=23&DEPART MENT_ID=49i mean if you have huge amounts of money go for a more expensive one, but know that you can get as good a smoke for less. my personal favorite hookah ran me 50 bucks from socialsmoke. if i had a free 200 bucks i would get the 155 buck mya and spend the rest on tobacco and a tangiers bowl
The Dude Abides
That is quite possibly the most ungodly ugly pipe I have ever seen.

kerbe6
Sanguine, thanks for the other suggestions. As it turns out this is in fact a MYA...I might go with it. I see what you are saying about the cheaper hookahs giving me just as good of a smoke...But this one really appeals to me aesthetically (sorry The Dude Abides). =0) Not only that..but I'm guessing it is of good quality being that it is a MYA.Thanks again! smokinshisha4life
Its definetely mya, and very good quality as all mya's are, Price seems a bit high. You may want a less expensive mya, contact myasaray and You may even be able to get it cheaper through them or just find one you like that is less expensive. I really like the hookah you picked out, if You have the money to spend on that Im sure you will love it. I have a 31" bohemian mya, and a qt, I paid about 120.00 for the 31" locally and I cant get over how well they smoke.

thepyrofish
I wouldn't say ungodly ugly, but there are other hookahs I would prefer over that one. The balls on the stem look kinda stuck on rather than flowing. I think having the pattern on the end of the hose to match the stem is freaking sweet though. I tried to find a picture of the mya I wanted to get when I went to their store, but I can't. Not that I don't love my QT, mind you. I'll get the bigger one eventually. The Dude Abides
I do think it's ugly, but thats just due to my personal taste. The orbs look like christmas ornaments, and I don't like how the whole thing is painted. I like a clean metalic finish. If it had the etchings without the paint it may look a lot better, even if the etching pattern wouldn't stand out as much. The vase is pretty nice, however. crepenchicha
MYA,I love tall stems, and I'm even a fan of the cloisonne. For me, the overwhelmed feeling comes from those weird little balls and the fact that the ENTIRE stem is cloisonned. I would be absolutely thrilled to see a stem of that height, alternating the cloisonne with silver, and without the balls. Something like RL B 02 C 7B3 in your catalogue but bigger and available in a variety of colors.Combine that with a matching cloisonne hose and one of your new pyramid glass bases and I'd finally have my dream pipe.Once again, I want to thank you for being so attentive to your customers and open to our input. We all really appreciate it
