Ok so my friend was kind enough to let me borrow her hookah(s) until mine gets here. Yippee!!!!! Or so I thought, turns out they're mini pumpkins and another absolutely tiny yellow thing with palm trees etched into the base, the stems were pretty but Absolute crap!!

But anyways she basically handed me a reusable safeway bag full to the brim of hookah stuff and said take it, give it back to me when you can. I looked through the bag and she had a package that said El Nakhla. I was like OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cause from what you guys say nakhla is amazing. And I want to try it so I was like helly yeah fuck the AF let me pack a bowl of this stuff. So I did. I barely got any smoke and the smoke i did get wasn't really flavorful.

Now I'm wondering it could be the hookahs they are very obviously cheap and POS status. But the box said El Nakhla. Is that real nakhla or just immitation like El Fakher imitates Al Fakher?

Also, No matter what I couldn't get the shisha to burn (not like burn burn but you get what i'm saying). I put started off with one coal and eventually just did two and no matter what the shisha barely produced any smoke. I removed the tinfoil after like 15 minutes, and it didn't even look like it was affected. I stired it up, I added some, I took some away. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to work.

Its real....El Nakhla is yet another line from naklhla.

With nak you need to load that bowl up over the rim, and throw some heat on it.
The more in the bowl the better.

And im guessing a tiny mod bowl came with this thing?
Lol steal a bowls worth of it and smoke it out of an egyptian when you get the chance

Ok thanks! And yes I plan on stealing some lol. She bought like 250 gramms when she was over in the middle east for a vacation.

And yes fellas I plan on giving her a hundred bucks and a shopping list the next time she visits there lol.

Actually she has a couple of egyptians. And yes I have already informed her that I am going to be stealing some for my vortex.

Apparently my sarcasm wasn't very well done. Hahaha. The whole point of nakhla is you stuff a shit ton into your bowl (assuming you have a standard, from what I see. dont wanna waste your shish!), throw your foil on, and smoke it. Lol.

Dude you gotta remember sarcasm really only works when you can hear the person. lol, it's chill. You have no clue how many people i have pissed off while texting with my sarcasm. Ok so basically overpack it? And yeah it's just an egyptian, a kind of shitty egyptian, but that is what you would call it.

Yeah the pull is shitty, but she doesn't really take care of her hookahs, however they are cheap buggers so they might have come to her that shitty. I think she got them for free and I can see why. I finally switched grommets, bowls, and wrapped tinfoil between the base and stem. That helped. Edited by bellydancerakn
