Have You Ever Given Away A Hookah?

My first hookah I ever bought was a havana standard, 26 inches. pretty decent pipe. But after my third hookah purchase, it never got used. So I gave it to a brother and sister, both dear friends of mine, for their birthday as a bday package. They loved it, and we smoke together often now. Totally worth it, to see them as into hookah as they are now.

I'm thinking of maybe getting a few friends to save up together to get a multiple hose MYA for a friend's Bday. And then just buying a MYA petite for a friend when her Bday comes around, she's never had a hookah before, but I might get her a chrystal blue if HC ever gets back up lol.

Yes. My first uninformed hookah purchases were both given away. One was a crappy two hose that I sent home to a friend. I told him to keep it as a souvenir. The other was a cheap little Chinese hookah that I gave to a coworker.

I once possesed 6 hookahs. I was in a financial quandry so I sold all but 3. I ended up giving away 1 to a good friend who would put it to good use.

I regeret it everyday. LOL Tat sumbitch broke it within 4 days.

i gave my second 2 hose to my cousin...but his parents sent him away to idaho about a moth later so i have it back now...but i think he'll be coming back to live here again soon...they sent him away for failing school and underage drinking.....

I got my QT about a month and a half back and me and 2 of my brothers smoke it almost daily! Well my elder brother received his transfer letter to another city a couple of days back and he will be moving there next week so today I bought another QT and gave it to him. Felt so good because he had never smoked one before I got mine and he loves it so much now that he couldn't believe that he has one of his own now!

Also, I had the ulterior motive of having something to smoke when I visit him.

I'd be unlikely to give away one of my pipes, or to buy one speculatively for someone who wasn't interested, but I've just picked up a pipe off eBay as a housewarming gift for two good friends who used to smoke with me and recently moved further away. As others have said, it carries the ulterior motive that I'll doubtless smoke with them when I'm there... :-)

Just gave away a couple Mini Mya Acrylics and a pumpkin. They were just taking up shelf space from H-S free hookah deals. Now they have loving owners.

I've given away a total of 4, one QT one Mya mini, a solid brass pie that was given to me, God I wish I still had that pipe. and a HB rotator (that thing was JUNK!well, actually it was nice-ish after JB welding back on a hose port and figuring out how to make a seal on it.

I gave my GOOD GOOD friend my KM Double Copper Tri-Metal Chiller(without using it once) because it was a REALLY nice hookah and i felt he could use a SUPPPEEERRR nice hookah that is too tall to use for his house because i owe him a lot(not monetary) and a MZ Ahmose A for his shop cuz all his friends took his good hookahs that we used at his shop so i brought one for us to use

I gave my bambino to another Engineering Intern I work with, he enjoyed smoking (only smokes AF mint, Nak cinnamon, ONLY) so I just brought it over one day and set it up for him and hes been smoking every day out of it since.

I gave my friend a KM. He's one of the first people who initially got me into smoking hookah but he always had a chinese rig. So after a few years of not seeing him, he came to visit and I asked if he smoked hookah still and he said he does but his hookah was broken. So.... I gave him my KM.

The reaction you get when you give someone a hokoah as a gift is great. Compare that to a neck tie. One reaction will be joyful and the other will get you a fake thanks you.I just gave one to my brother in law for his 40th birthday last week. He used it right at the party.
