Simple Question... Hard Answer.

(insert whiny tone) Reading all of that is too hard.
Anything over five sentences is a novel for some people.

However, I'm not going to lie. When I first came to the site, I posted my introduction in the wrong area, so I am not exempt from this.

One thing I don't understand is when someone uses the search engine (like they are supposed to do) people get upset because they resurrect a really old thread. Why is that??? IDK. Edited by thatonethere

lol i dont get mad but it gets annoying from when people resurrect an old thread and just repeat everything that has already been said or they are a thread necromancer and just add a comment like "agreed" or "+1" but nothing is worst than a thread necromancer resurrecting a 2 year old thread to post their introduction

I won't lie, I resurrected a thread a while ago about Raspberry Mizo. However, I felt justified because that topic will remain open-ended until we see some damn Raspberry Mizo.

I wish there were some kind of script that would kick out topics we see every week i.e. how to pack OG, what kind of hose to get, stuff other than water in the base, and the dreaded "look at all the stuff I just ordered!" and "what are you smoking right now" threads.

IMO, when a mod sees a post like that, they should respond with the Hookah Forum equivilent of RTFM and delete the post. I don't want to sound like a dick, but when you have 500 posts dealing with the same issue, it makes it incredibly difficult for those of us who actually search to get through it all.

Just my $0.02.

Oh yeah, +1 to what everyone said.

I didn't read the rules until they were coming up on every single page - a short lived experiment to drive home a point. They're common sense. Seems to me they should be unbroken within every having actually read them. But then seems some parents haven't been teaching common sense or courtesy for a while otherwise the rules wouldn't be necessary.

Yeah I completely agree with you Rani, I skimmed the rules after I joined but it wasn't like there was anything there that wasn't expected. It just really surprises me sometime how rude kids can be these days, and the fucked up thing is thats coming from me, someone who isnt 21 for a few more months. It just blows my mind that some parents dont teach their children an ounce of respect, for themselves or others for that matter. But then again, maybe thats what America is coming to be, a bunch of assholes who think the world revolves around them and that rules are meant to be broken. Again, dont get me wrong, I've broken my fair share of rules in the past and I'm sure I will in the future but some people are just downright ignorant.
