Throwing A Party Need Help

So I'm throwing a party but I never listen to the radio anymore so I really have no Idea which songs to get for the party. I listen to mostly rock but this party calls for some mainstream hip hop which I have no Idea where to start. I've already downloaded some Lady GaGa and some other craptastic shit that I saw on youtube, but I need help. The people want a mix of everything and I already have a bunch of 80's music and some rock for the party I just need some suggestions for mainstream hip hop.

3OH!3 and Ke$ha. They are always fun when half drunk. I mean Tik Tok is the anthem of drunk chicks everywhere lol.

Beyonce is also always fun. Dance-able and a pleasure to the ears.

Daniel Westley (Reggae laid back, very awesome if smoking the hookah, but kind of hard to find as it is a canadian artist who isn't really well known in the states)

And if you wanna mix it up a bit add some Mika in there. lol

either use fratmusic.com (has prebuilt playlists of the hottest songs)
or
djazmatic.com has a boatload of free music you can download as well as his track playlists.

id recommend the fratmusic.com though, we use it for all of our parties.

Go to Pandora.com and just type in a song or an artist people like and let it generate a playlist for you. I don't like rap but when people come over and want to listen to some I have a playlist ready. I've even had someone who listens to that genre a lot tell me that I listen to "good" rap

Check out some mashups you can find some good rock vs. hip hop songs like snoop dogg to the tune of paradise city or welcome to the jungle. Also check out dj ironik - tiny dancer. That way you can satisfy their hip hop cravings without wanting to kill yourself. Edited April 9, 2010 by Skoozle

Cosign whoever mentioned Pandora. Unfortunately, there aren't too many good mainstream rap artists out there. It has been many years since I've turned on the radio and tried to listen to the local hip hop station, However, Zion I's album called "Street Legends" has great party songs on it. Anything by E-40 will turn your party out! Check out Atmosphere's "Strictly Leakage" It's a free dl, so you shouldn't have any trouble getting it.
