They have had a billing glitch that has caused subscribers to be charged from 8-16 and more times for their monthly subscription.

Dear warhammer online my account was charged 47 times and as such became overdrawn. because of this my mortgage payment was not payed. my question is are you going to give me back my house?


I was was tempted to sign up and ask that just to see the responses. lol
this is why you don't put anything on auto pay. and you use a prepaid credit card online with only enough money on it to pay for what you are getting. why can people not get that through there heads.
