Starbuzz Sellers In Europe?

Hi guys... Just want to ask if there are any sellers of starbuzz anywhere in europe, i am just hesitant on ordering from USA due to custom taxes , which are 79GBP in UK Per KG.

So even if 1 KG of starbuzz costs around 40-50GBP, i would have to pay Total 120-130GBP for 1 KG of starbuzz because of uk excise duty...

I need starbuzz for personal use, but this still doesnt affect whether i get charged or not, as i am importing from USA, i rang HMRC and they said i can only order 250G from starbuzz

So let me know anyone in uk, europe selling starbuzz decent price.... I would be regular buyer..

Unfortunately, nobody really had starbuzz here in UK, you have to order from USA and hope it doesnt get caught by customs. Vendors will usually mark it as a gift to get it by.

Can i ask for more details about what HMRC said about importing tobacco? Do they let you import only one tin? and how often can you do that etc etc.
