How about Liquid Vapor, since it will also be a bar.

Yes I know it doesn't make total sense, but it does sound kinda cool. You could also design a couple of theme cocktails and shisha bowl that go along with the name.

have a central feature that the place is known for. for instance, there's a club in Gemmayze in Beirut and it's called "Behind the Green Door." There's no sign outside, but it is located behind a massive green door. so just pick a preposition and something that's a conversation piece at the lounge.

Put a symbol from every religion you can think of in there and call it Holy Smoke

Vapor is chill, just go with the idea of smokey type names. Since its gonna be a barish club type scene you can really name it anything out of the ordinary and it'll be "chic" haha.
