Its generally some nice landshark but if its early then just water. As far as food i dont normally eat while smoking.

if i am at a hookah bar, ive gotta have either hummus or baba gannoush with pita. at home i rarely eat anything while im smoking. i usually just have water for a drink, it seems to cleanse the palate a bit between puffs. but once, when i was smoking af golden grape, i had a glass of sparkling concord grape juice and it was SO awesome! you guys just gotta try it

It depends on what shisha you're smoking.
Most of the time I smoke Hookah with a coffee or some Doritos.

i used to have soda almost every session, but tryin to give up pop, water mostly

and i dont like to eat while smoking. even if its just snacking

"Crystal Light _______ Flavor". Stuff is soooo refreshing.

Food, I like to eat watermelon, mangoes, or pineapple while smoking. Only problem is that my hose tip seems to get kind of sticky and sugary. Still, delicious nonetheless.
