This review is for the ordering/company only, not the tobacoo itself which i will do later. I ordered the Sample pack which is all their flavors in 15g shots. Price was $27.99 with 20% off. However their shipping cost was rediculous, $7.86 and they said it would weigh 4 lbs. Well i got the package today, and it barely breaks a pound and it was just shipped in an oversized box with way too many penuts. Also the bag they put all the flavors in, leaked majorly, there is juice all over the place, who knows what happened. Im on my way to work so ill open it up and see what happened later, but overall i was not happy about the delivery, not to mention the $8 was only for ground. Wow, thats terrible. Maybe it was poor handling w/ UPS... but either way, I thought it would come w/ a little box as well. Should give the company a call, maybe they can do something for you.

lets see 15g times 24 shots = 360 grams. this translates to .79 pounds.
where the hell did they get 4 lbs from? thats unnacceptable service.
send them an email with the pictures letting them know your displeasure
and see what their response is. Makes me not want to try ordering from
them.

hope the tobacco makes up for it. please keep us posted.

good news guys! they refunded my shipping costs, and offered to resend the flavors that were damaged, so it shows this company has good intentions. I will let you all know when i get the damaged flavors and post some reviews. So all dont worry, at least they take care of their customers!!

It has had that effect in the past. Several companies have restructured their shipping charges after discussions on the forum for instance.
In the current situation, I'd say it was mostly someone in the shipping dept getting a bit lazy.  
But it appears Hookah-Hub has responded quickly in an appropriet manner, and that speaks well for them.

However Hookahhub was very quick in responding to my problem and offered anything to keep me happy, they kept insisting to send me more tobacco or give me a refund, i thought refunding the shipping was just fine and didnt see any reason why i should get more out of them. However guys dont let 1 review deter you from ordering, it seems they do care about their customers and want to sell a good product. Check this thread for some reviews. There will be about 20 of them!

One rip and i could cover the room in smoke, it smoked very fluffy the whole bowl, i was amazed at how much i got, more than any other brand i have tasted, i was very impressed. I took some pics but havent had time to get them off my camera, but very very niceSummary: While not the best flavor for this brand, the smoke thickness was very good and smooth the whole time. Im definatly interested in the other flavors hoping that ill get huge flavor and the huge punch of smoke i get. Overall 8/10.====================
Hookah Hookah Pineapple

Setup: MYA Acrylic Hookah, Water and Ice in Base, 2 Japanese coals, screen, all 15g in bowl
Appearance: This tobacco is
very ground up, unlike the other brands that are out there. It if very

Smell: Smell was very good compared the watermellon, smelled exactly like pineapple, very good aroma
Taste: Taste was a huge shock unlike watermellon. Very very tasty. Like having pineapple candy! The taste lasted almost the entire bowl. This is my fav pineapple right now. Definatly better than the sultan brand or fahker pineapple.
Buzz: Buzz was standard on this, i am not sure if its 0.5% nicotine or 0.05% but either way not too strong and not too soft
Density: Being so amazed by the smoke from the watermellon, for some reason this one did not get AS much smoke as the other flavor, however it was still very good! I think it was because i smoked this flavor outside rather than inside, but same setup with same coals did not produce what it did for the other, but still good.
Summary: Def get this one if your into pineapple, very strong and smooth taste that will last almost the whole bowl. Smoke thickness was very good, and was very popular among the ones that smoked it. I give this one a 9/10
