Smoking In The House

Recommended Posts

No. You're totally fine. I smoke inside and the smell dissipates within 3-5 hours, depending on the flavor. Lighting a candle during or after you finish smoking and leave it burning for about an hour will totally make any hookah or coal smell go away.

Smoke away... and enjoy. :)

I wouldn't worry about it, like Chris (INCUBUSRATM) said, it dissipates fairly quickly and doesn't leave much smell after. If anything an open window or candle and you'd never know someone smoked hookah inside.

Ugh, I just realized I totally posted this in the wrong topic.

Embarrassing. Sorry!

Hookah doesn't leave the same type of odor in the air that true tobacco combustion leaves. I smoke in my house all winter long and the lingering aroma is unobtrusive at best. Usually a candle or some spray air freshener does the trick.

A warning! Don't light quick lights inside if your worried about smell. I've never done this, but I can only imagine that it would leave a horrific intrusive smell behind.

I use coco's 99% of the time but for the days when I run out before the next internet order comes in I have to resort to quick lights.. And it does stink up the kitchen, even that bad smell dissipates rather quickly though. So to answer the OP, I wouldn't worry about any aspect of smoking hookah inside.

I smoke in my house every so often and I have tile, the smell goes away in a couple hours but I've smoked in my friends room and he has carpet, he says the smells lingers for quite some time. He hasn't said anything about the smell soaking into his comforter or anything like that.

I smoke in my room when its winter or its super cold I notice sometimes my comforter smells like whatever I smoking if it has a strong smell for a few days but if its a flavor that doesn't have a strong scent usually its gone within a few hours no lingering.

Hey! It's Mix-Tape! Long time no talk, huh? Anyway's I smoke in my home and have no problems with the smell. I agree with lighting coals inside. I use CH nats and they smell. Never, ever ever light QLs in your house because they smoke.

I smoke in the house and all you have to watch out for is falling coals... When my mom visit's she's like "I Love that smell" and the first time she visited and asked "What's that air freshener" and I opened up my Tangiers and she was like "WOW" : p
