Fusion Shisha Disappointment

I was short on coals and shisha so I figured I'll go to the local lounge and window shop. Smelled some Fusion Watermelon and really liked it. So I order some Fusion Watermelon (250g can) and it comes in the mail today. Opened it up, smelled absolutely nothing like the can from the shop. Pack a small bowl and after couple hits, taste nothing like watermelon or close to it. I look for production date but it was never marked. Hopefully I can get an exchange with hookah-shisha.
Anyone else have bad batches? I had this same issue with AF Cocktail (first time was great, second being complete opposite)

Yeah man the one Fusion flavor I tried, Mango Raspberry I think it was, didn't taste like anything. It smelled really good though...

fusion is pretty well like although I had very little luck with the brand. Most flavors tasted like not much or very perfumey, although their clove was quite good.

The flavor was good too. Maybe it was some bad batches/flavors.

Fusion has always been inconsistent with me. The first 50g of Cactus Pear I got was sex in a bowl. I bought a 250g hoping for more tongueasms, did NOTHING different with the packing/coals, and got no flavor. It wasn't harsh, it wasn't bad, it was just...nothing. I was incredibly disappointed. Until they can get some consistency I would say it is not worth the money. Still wish I could get I could get my hands on a good batch of Cactus Pear, though. That stuff was DELICIOUS when it worked.

I haven't been thrilled with Fusion since they went washed in the tins. It's just okay these days in my opinion.

I emailed HS about it and they gave me a refund (store credit points worth) and let me keep the old tin. I'm sure being a long time customer played a part of it

The best watermelon I've found, and I'm sure most people will agree with me, is NK Mizo Watermelon. Although, lately I haven't really been feeling it. Also, it's unwashed.

My experience with Fusion is limited. I haven't been too impressed with what I've tried, although their sour apple is a pretty good flavor.
