Relle
Hey guys while my order is coming in the mail, I'm using my friend's hookah. I'm still sort of new with preparing a hookah. I got my phunnel bowl early so as soon as I took it out, I realized there was no grommet. Do i have to buy some online to be able to use my phunnel bowl? Thanks for the help! Do they even need grommets? Haha my first setup is going to fail.

Relle
Oh man, please tell me they sell grommets at local hookah shops! Anyone see them around? I'll go look today if someone has seen some around.
Chreees
Yeah man, as Joytron tried to explain, you can use strips of damp paper towel. In fact, this is what I use all of the time. Creates a perfect air-tight seal everytime.
ryno
I agree with the wet paper towels, haven't failed me yet.
F16WarBird
If you're dead set against trying the aforementioned paper towel method, you could stop by a Lowes/Home Depot and check out the hardware section. They have various grommets and o-rings. You might find something that is close and just needs trimming.
boludo
Your new hookah will, most likely, come with grommets... If it does not, use the paper towel method until you place another order online.
Caila
The paper towel method works really well. Or I'm sure if you have a smoke shop near you they would sell grommets so you don't have to pay for shipping. Bowls generally don't come with grommets, but the hookah you have on the way will so no worries you will have grommets soon! =)
TheyCallMeDave
I'm not sure if you're not acknowleging the paper towel method because you think it will look trashy or something, but all I can say is, I smoke out of a KM with a KM pro hose and never again will I plug them up with grommets. Never had a tighter seal than with a paper towel man. Give it a try.
