Yeah. After four years, it's getting close to "ring" time.

Send her to a day spa. While she is there cook her a gourmet meal. Candles, table cloth, your best dinnerware. Get dressed up and serve her. Treat her like a princess. pour her wine. stand when she does. Be the perfect gentleman. Don't expect anything physical unless she brings it up. Make it all about her. If you would like some meal Ideas I would be happy to help.

These are all really good ideas guys. I'm gonna think about it and I'll let you all know what I decide on doing.

And yeah, it's been four years but we don't plan on getting married for a few more...

Take her out to a romantic place, and show her a really good time. The next day get her something you'd know she 'd appreciate. Maybe a new hookah? or something she'd use everyday.

I don't know....:scratch_one-s_head:

She hates hookah. :(

Right now I'm thinking just taking her out. Or taking her to the Nashville Zoo to see the polar bears. She loves polar bears. Then dinner at a nice place.

Yeah, get her a hookah. That would bring out the lolz (for me). You'd probably get your ass kicked into next week.

It sucks that she hates hookah, but taking her out might work.

I'm still gonna go with whatever you decide Chris just make sure that she knows how special she is to you and that she knows you know how special she is to you. Wine, dinner, flowers, song, poetry all that stuff is great, but a woman would like to know that she is more special to you then anyone else.

P.S. My wife is agreeing on this one buddy so you have a womans point as well. :-)

19 Years this September. It is so simple to make something extra special. I did this for mother's day. Manny/peddy and eyebrow wax at the spa. Nice pasta dinner with homemade garlic bread. Table cloth and flowers. No candle as my 17 year old son was dining with us. Wasn't really setting a romantic mood Just wanted her to know how much I loved her and thank her for making me a dad.

You remind me of my father, don't worry that's a good thing. This is the type of things he still does for my mom. They've been married for 21 years now. He still cooks her gourmet meals, and opens doors for her and treats her like a true lady.
