twoapplesplease
Well I was a bit dissapointed that my old mya stem finnaly gave way after 5 years of heavy use...even though I should'nt have been dissapointed I put that stem threw the ringer... So I decided to order a replacement stem direct from myasaray.com...man the service was great...I ordered the stem a new windcover and 2 bowls( I went for the lebonese bowl attatchment...I got the standar from my old mya)....anyway I asked if they could throw in a longer downstem incase it needed it with my base..no problem threw it in for free....they even threw in a new mya hose and tons of gaskets....works out great I can replace the hose on my collosine mouth piece........ OK..to the replacement stem.....I got this one because of the modern yet traditional look and its simple design....WOW this stem is a tank! this little stem weighs more then my KM phoronie stem and about the same as my big brass syrian and both are a good 10 inches longer.....This is not a normal MYA stem at all....first off its not a common chamber and the hose port does not unscrew.....it smokes better and purges better then my old MYA stem.....and is a perfect fit on my bohimian MYA base....I really dig the lebonese style bowl adaper..much cleaner and it holds down the coal tray..I just smoked the first bowl with the new stem and I love it...smokes as good or better then my KM..FANTASTIC....just amazing I love this new stem....everything comes apart and is solid no hidden aluminum anywhere....now for the pics

Webbles
Very nice! Definately looks like a heavy duty stem. Ive always been a huge fan of Mya. Everything they do seems like its built to last, and im so glad that their customer service is top notch. After buying a mya colossus, i feel more at ease. Whew!
