Woot! First Order Just Sent Off!

I just jumped into the world of hookah! Just put in an order to H-S for a QT (in blue), with a wind cover, glass mod bowl, some coco's and 50g each of Romman banana split, honeydew, spearmint gum, apple and turkish coffee, Al Waha memories, plum, winter flower, pear and frappuccino. I got the mini-Mya free but added the second hose for $7 (the idea being this will be the one I take to tailgates and parties)
I'm planing on getting a Tangiers bowl soonish. I'd like a better hose but in all honesty, at this point I'd never know the difference so I have to admit it's 'cause I want a blue one.
I guess the flavors I got seem random but I wanted a pretty big variety to start with and not end up with a big jar of stuff I don't like (plus these were on sale)
So yeah, just sitting around now, waiting.

I think that's wise to get a few flavors that sound good to you. [: My personal belief is about the same... experiment on a few small things until you figure out exactly what you like and don't like. And, hey, if you're anything like me, what you want in flavor changes with different moods. Something you'd hate on a normal day seems perfect another night.

But yeah, awesome. [: Hope everything arrives safe and smokes wonderfully. As far as a blue hose goes... you could make/buy a cover for your current hose in the meantime.

In my opinion, the majority of hookahs all smoke about the same- its adding a different bowl and hose that make the biggest difference. All of my friends have horrible Chinese hookahs that are really unpleasant- throw my bowl and hose on their hookah and its a million times better, everytime.

Other than that, looks like you got a pretty good start. Romman flavors can be really good. Glad to see you are starting off with coco's and not QL. Enjoy

I dunno. My first hookah was a 'horrible Chinese one.' My second was a very expensive Mya and it was worth every penny. I'll never buy an off-brand hookah again to be honest.

I had the mya hose that came with my QT and thought the same thought. Then I bought a nammor hose. OH MY GOD.
its the difference between breathing through a straw and a paper towel tube. The draw is smooth as breathing and 100% washable so no ghosting.
