I’m new to this and have a question.

I just started smoking Hookah about a week ago and I was wondering how often I should smoke.  I usually smoke with around four people for around 45 minutes.

i think most people might just say, smoke however you feel comfortable....like if you want to smoke....go ahead and smokepersonally, i never worry about if i'm with friends or whatever.......lately when i get home from school like around 9 or 10 at night, i'll just pack a little bit and smoke awayif i've got friends over usually we'll go through 2 maybe 3 bowls with about 3-4 peoplewhen i'm alone usually smoke once every other day while i'm gaming or something...ive heard of people that smoke 5-6 bowls a day, and some who smoke morejust personal preference i guess

that is an odd question.  The answar is never.  It's bad for you lol.  But if you need someone to make you feel better about it then smoke only 1.827 times a week

Just smoke whenever you like... if you don't want to be a hardcore smoker smoking two 250g tubs a day, then just smoke on the weekends... get togethers.. special occasions. It's funner w/ people anyways. I'll smoke alone at times, but it just isn't as great as when chilling w/ the guys.

i normaly do it special occasions, get togethers, or if im dying to try a flavor But smoking alone gets lonely

How long do I smoke?  Depends on how many people are smoking, and how big the bowl is. The length of time can range anywhere from 20 to 90 minutes.  But on average I'd say my typical session lasts about 60 minutes.

I smoke daily while reading or watching a movie after a hard days work. 1-2 heads on average,but sometimes I skip a day to smoke pipe.

I just cant seem to smoke by myself.It feels weird. Seems like all I want to do is get through that bowl, and be done with it. With friends on the other hand, everything is more relaxed and fun.I'm with everyone else, do it when you feel like it. Although, I do think daily is a bit much.Gosh, I hope I dont turn into a shisha fiend, and end up enjoying smoking byself in a little room...

I've been smoking pretty much daily this summer, but I'm going to cut back, since it a) makes me sad when I smoke by myself and pisses my family off.

Over the summer I rarely smoke except on special occasions with friends, mainly because I can't smoke at my house because my parents don't approve. And now that I had my widsom teeth removed, it will be at least a week or two.
During the school year, when I am at college, I usually smoke at least every other day with friends or while studying or writing a paper.  Nothing helps me relax more than smoking my hookah while doing some strenuous homework.
