I know there has been talk on the forum about how to make these, but this site has them for sale. Although, I think the idea of having the bowl under the base just seems stupid since the coals would keep the water nice and hot.

Anyone ever seen these?

I've never seen that, but it's really freaking cool. Take out the hoses, and you have a beautiful end table.

Add the hoses and you have a hookah!

Had one. Not that model but a table. Ended up returning it because the collar around the suspended Base wouldn't seal for shit. There is a thread around here someplace I'll find later.

I think that if properly executed it could work. you'd need a threaded base to ensure a proper seal and no kamikaze bases. the bowl needs to be moved, to... somewhere.

I was actually thinking about modifying some cheap, Hobby Lobby tables with hookahs for an event we have coming up.

My partners and I are booked to DJ at the Buffalo Chip the entire week of the Sturgis bike rally. We'll be at the micro-brew bar and the owners told us we could serve hookahs. Of course, this worries me because we're talking about a million drunk people crammed into a relatively small space. I was thinking hookah tables would be perfect for this kind of thing.
