Does anybody know where I can get some of the much-talked-about Starbuzz, Hookah-Hookah, Tangiers, etc shisha in South Africa without paying an arm and a leg in shipping cost?

well i know this probably wont be much of a help but there is a shop near me that has alot of starbuzz on the shelf 15.99 for the small can and 26.99 for the large

I am not 100% positive, but you may be able to get SB and Tangiers at Bazaar in Durban. It's located inside the Ushaka Marine world and they sell just .bout anything hookah related. They have Nakhla, Al Fakher, Elsham, and i think even Hydro. Worth a try. You can also build your own hookah with their bases and stock hoses/bowls/etc.
