A Bowl Of Double Apple

So, I just bought double apple. And lately, I haven't really been tasting the hookah. So I asked for some tips. I got plenty! on how to make the bowl best as possible. Clean hookah, packed bowl and Ice cold water. I did all of these and I had the best bowl of hookah ever, it was my first real experience with hookah.

if you want you can add mint to it. But make sure you dont pack it too tight. What brand of double apple?

The local tabacco shop only carry's al-fakher in 250g tubs, but I only wanted 50g boxes so I scored some Romman.

Yeah, it sorta smells like black licorice! which I hate! so far my favorite flavor by Romman is Chocolate strawberry.

all double apple has a anise (black licorice) flavor

Yeah, It was unusual, but I wasn't complaining I buzzed pretty well and it didn't taste awful.

Double Apple (or regular apple which is pretty similar) is what the majority of smokers in the Middle East smoke. It's fair to say that all of downtown Beirut has a faint smell of DA in the air

yeah if you can not stand black licorice in any forms just stay away from double apple.

Nak single apple has less of that taste and if you mix it with a cinnamon it goes away completely and taste like apple pie.

Mizo Apple is also a little lighter on the anise taste. Oddly enough, I used to hate Nak DA. Had a roommate and that was almost the only thing he smoked and it grew on me.

I dunno, I can't stand licorice and I like nakhla and AF double apple, one of my staples. I can definitely taste the anise, I just don't mind it for some reason.

A little mint mixed in with it, maybe a quarter of the final bowl really makes it pop. Rounds everything out really nicely.

I find that mixing in a little bit of orange is the perfect compliment to DA. I usually smoke DA solo but if I do want to cut it with something, it's orange. Try it.

I absolutely hate black licorice but I love me some Romman Double Apple or Fantasia Triple Apple. AF 2 apple I must mix with a bit of mint to get rid of that anise taste.
