Yasseah
...AWESOME. I'd ordered the Phunnel+mod, Nammor hose and diffuser too. Sooo much better than the hookah lounge I go to. It's like I barely have to pull and I get a huge cloud. Soo much better than at the hookah lounge I go to though I'm pretty sure it's the same hookah. The Nammor is worlds better than the standard hose, too. The standard hose makes seems to make you work for the big cloud. The first bowl lasted nearly 2 hours, too. Thanks for the guidance in regards to my purchase, I couldn't be happier. Questions: How many coals do you guys use on a medium Phunnel? I started with 3 but using 2 and moving them around every 15 minutes or so seemed to work a little better for me. Also, am I supposed to have to plug one hose for the other person to tug on theirs with the Mya Vortex? Thanks.

kyleSD
depends on what coals you use, if youre using cocos do three and just flip them instead of moving them so if you do another round of 3 they can go in the places that havent been burned, if you're using canarys or similar silver stick coals use four and do the same. Quick lights use two and either position them opposite or offset stack them. myas have a ball bearing in their hose ports so you don't need to block the hose you aren't using while another person uses theirs, their valves work as hose ports and clear valves at the same time. See, I hooked up the second hose and in order to get a decent hit, we each had to hold the end of the hose while the other one pulled. :-/
Yasseah
Silly me, I think I just ordered the wrong adapter. There definitely aren't any ball bearings anywhere except in the purge valve.
Yasseah
So I ordered some autoseal hose-adapters. Is the draw gonna be noticeably reduced? I was really impressed by the ease of the draw with the regular adapters on there when I didn't realize that they weren't auto-seals. I think I read something somewhere, possibly on here that there was something you could do to the auto-seal hose adapters to make them provide more airflow when the BB lifts up as you pull?
