The place only has about 4 or 5 tables, so it can get pretty cozy on a crowded night. There is a combination of comfy arm chairs and padded stools for people to sit on. Matt, the friendly owner, lets you choose which hookah you want to use if you ask. There is usually eastern music, both traditional and contemporary, playing softly in the background. [u]The Stuff[/u] There are three types of shisha one can smoke: HookahhookaH, Ayam Zaman, and Romman. Most of the time, you will get natural coals on your bowl rather than quicklites. If your coal is running out and your shisha is still goin' strong, ask and they will bring out more coals for you. [u]The Prices[/u] [u] [/u] Unlike some hookah lounges, the prices here never change. The standard price for a hookah is set for 2 people. HookahhookaH is $10, Ayam Zaman is $11, and Romman is $12. Every additional person on a hookah (3rd person and up) is $5 each. They also sell drinks for VERY reasonable prices. A can of soda is 50 cents. A water bottle is $1. They make an intensely sweet house tea for just a couple bucks. They don't serve food, and if you want an adult beverage, the place is BYOB. [u] [/u] [u]The Store[/u] You can purchase shisha to take with you, along with coals, bowls, foil, and entire hookahs. They are set at standard prices. They also sell incense. [u]The People[/u] [u] [/u] Matt (the owner), Hannah (one of the staff), and everyone at Izzy's is genuinely friendly. They want to make your hookah experience worthwhile. Matt is quite knowledgeable about his hookahs, and during slow nights, he will even pull out games for people to play, or just come and chat with the tables. With such a small amount of tables, there is a good chance on a crowded night that you won't get in for an hour or more.
