QT on my front door from EliteHookah

Recommended Posts

I recieved my package from Elitehookah containing my Olive MYA QT yesterday. It was packaged extremely well, and adressed properly. On top if the QT inside I found a personally written letter appologizing for the mixup in colors(see my other thread) and addressing my concern about their shipping price. I was informed that they are currently seeking new methods of shipping and that their price will come down shortly. It also mentioned that they had included a 250g tub of Havana Coconut and a 50g box of Havana Rasberry free of charge for the issue. In addition they offered to send me a free t-shirt in my next order from their website. All in all, I could not be happier with their customer service. After unwrapping all of the bubblepack, I was amazed at the quality of the QT. It is my first MYA product and I can safely say that it will not be my last. The press-on-seal base is a dark grey smoke color with hints of olive(much more dark grey than green), with a chrome stem, black bowl, and green MYA hose. Encasing the rig is a chrome basket with a pair of tongs and a poker that clips to it, finished with a large MYA logo on top. The hookah is very heavy, nearly as much so as my stargate with soft, tight seals. I wish the base threaded on to the stem, but the push on seal is completely air tight and sturdy, so no complaints.I'll post a review of the Coconut and rasberry after I smoke them individually. I mixed the two at about 70/30 coconut to rasberry and it was easilly one of the tastiest smokes I've ever had. Reminded me a lot of white chocolate rasberry cheesecake All of the good things people keep mentioning about QT's are completely true. I think Im going to buy one for a buddy of mine who wants his first hookah

Speaking of Mya QTs, does anyone know if there are two different models to the QTs. At my local shop they have huge QTs. Its the same EXACT style, colors, and even come with the basket for $30, but they look huge compared to the ones I see online. The bases look like they are about 9"-10" in diameter and about 14" in height from base to bowl. Im pretty sure I seen the Mya logos on there also.

the user TJ Perry  says in his Tangiers setup guide thread that he is smoking out of what is essentially a larger version of the QT..

That is a real QT for sure. I remember thinking the same thing when I first saw mine- the pictures on the MYA website make it look much smaller than it really is.I was pleased to see how wide the base is; it makes it extremely sturdy.

[/quote]It's a MYA, and pretty much all their hookahs are just larger versions of the QT. It's hard to explain without going to their office and seeing everything up close.
