baumann
Al-Waha tobacco has always been a hell of a deal in local smokeshops for me. We're talking around 2 bucks for 50g. That always blew the morewell-known brands out of the water for me, but I still decided to spend more onsome Romman or AF because I could confidently make a great session for buddies.I recently started making my own tiny phunnels out of egyptian bowls and makingan island thing with foil, and a few days ago I decided to buy some Al-WahaOrange Cream and Turkish Coffee. I'm sitting here smoking the Turkish Coffeeright now and I can say that I've never felt like my money was better spent ontobacco. I've tried AW in a regular phunnel as well, but I just don't feel likeI'm getting the bang for my buck unless I'm smoking with lots of people (too much tobacco). If youhaven't already, try packing this stuff loosely in any phunnel by sprinkling itto the rim, then use a fork or your finger to lightly push the tobacco belowthe rim. Poke plenty of very small holes, not large ones. It is smoking greatright now with flavor like a real cup of black coffee and thiiick smoke. Greatstuff. Two thumbs up!
Mikefu
Good word. I like the orange cream a lot, and the turk. coffee isnt too shabby either. I also like the fig. It certainly is a good deal for a good smoke.

Personally i think its i decent shisha. Like the others said thats a super good price..ive only had a few flavors but both were pretty good and smoked well. i will be ordering more soon
JOE
i would agree with you, It isn't very popular right now, for the price and quality. it is a nice traditional shisha. im smokin peach right now!
TonyTheCigarSmoker
I find that for me the Al-Waha does well in the more savory flavors, and the flavors they make that I like, I like a lot. I will not order their "winter flower" or coconut again. But I haven't found a good coconut anywhere. Their coffee flavor is one of my favorites, and gives a pretty good buzz compared to many other things.

Rani
why is al waha hated by many?
A lot of people like candy flavored (modern style) tobacco these days. Al Waha is like Nakhla or Tangiers in that it's old school style. It's TOBACCO with some additional flavoring, not flavoring with some additional tobacco. I tend to prefer the old school style stuff, so I like it. There's a subtlety to these old style tobaccos that the modern stuff completely misses. Occasionally I will light up a bowl of Fusion or Starbuzz if I'm looking for a quick bowl of saturated candy (much like grabbing a candy bar), but for a real smoking experience with all the smooth subtle flavors it's old school every time. Voliminal
I think al-amir is hated more. I would like to try al-waha powerbull though, gum wasn't bad.
Powerbull is GREAT! In the hookah lounge, the taste was LIKE redbull! It got me surprised! So I bought it, to smoke it with a friend who owns a handmade egyptian hookah. But his whole hookah sucks, so It wasn't that good at home
dizzbizz
I actually juts got finished with a bowl of AW strawberry. I got a 50g for free and I like it. It has a nice punch, with a subtle flavor. But I do enjoy AF more. I like the stronger flavors.
jeremyk
al waha orange cream is really good. i think al waha is an ok brand and for the price its great lol
Epoch
Al-Waha makes the best Barhaini Apple in my opinion. I smoke lots of Al-Waha when my budget gets tight.
Matto
I've went through quite a bit of Al-Waha lately, like most people have been saying it's amazing quality for the price. You can get twice as much per dollar vs just about any other brand. Their nectarine flavor is great, as well as gum.
Venger
Al-Waha is the missing link between Nakhla and Af. nice punch, juicy but not dripping. Good selection of flavors. Ray
Capt. Morgan
Its not terrible but its just not my "go to" shisha.
TweakX4
one of my most common smokes is 2/3 al waha guava 1/3 nak cardamom. little buzz from the nak, and the guava really smooths it out.
