Lookin for New hookah/parts

Recommended Posts

I've had my hookah for a few months, now, and I think I want something better. I had originally bought mine from a hookah shop inside the aladin for $135, at the time it was appealing, 2 house, wooden/metal mouth peice, dark blue medium size base, but, after smoking out of it for a while, I think i got jipped and want a reall good hookah. Anyone know any decent 2 hose hookahs ~ $120 or less online? Or are there any accessories you reccomend me buying for my current hookah that could make it more enjoyable. I have cleaned this hookah after every smoke session, with warm water and lemon juice (even when just loading a new bowl, i clean it all OUT new water in), But it seems I have lost flavor of the tobacco and now Im just smoking whatever coal is on top. ( Rommand bacco, and romman natural coals have only been used on this hookah) So yea any suggestions on parts or new hookahs?

My first hookah was an 30" egyptian from southsmoke.com and I love it. But then I bought a 28" MYA from myasaray.com, and it is by far the best thing I have ever smoked out of. Their hoses are washable, and the whole hookah is easy to maintain. They are a bit more expensive than other retail sites, but definitely well worth it. my favorite sites are socialsmoke.com and hookahhookah.com

Acrylic is plastic type, so you do not have to worry too much about breaking it. All of their acrylic hookahs come with a screwable feature (where the vase attaches to the base of the stem). Glass in my opinion is more durable. I bought one with a glass, but thats all I have ever smoked out of. Some of their glass hookahs also come with the screwable vase feature. That help?

i prefer glass, but its all about your needs. if you live in a house with pets or accident prone frat brothers then you will probably want to go acrylic or heavy glass so accidents wont leave you with nothing to smoke out of. if your careful and think you wont have these type of accidents then go ahead and go for a nice glass vase. i like the glass because it seems like the money is worth the expense. pluse you can get some very unique hookahs with glass vs. acrylic. smoking wise, they should both be the same. mostly personal preference.

Acrylic scratches eventually. Your start seeing skuffs and dings that you won't see with a glass base.
If you are only tasting coal in your present configuration, try switching COALS, not necessarily hookahs...
Can you post a picture of your present on?

Anyone tried both Starbuzz and Romman tabacco? I haven't tried starbuzz or w/e yet but wanna know which you think is better between the two. I personally really like Romman, strongest tasting, decent smoke I've had outta a lot of the tobacco, although you certainly pay for it.
