Am I Overheating My New Hookah?

Got a new QT today. After smoking on it for about 5 minutes the bowl would no longer stay on the grommet. Any solutions?

too much juices from your shihsa leaking down onto the grommet loosing it .Thats my best guess

cheap is pat the tobacco with a dry paper towel to soak up some of the juice before you put it in the bowl.
less cheap get yourself a phunnel
less cheap is the better of the two options because juice = flavor

It also gets harder to hit after a couple pulls. Is that becaeuse of the juices too?

could be a result of the packing...drawing air may be pulling the tobacco leaves over or into the holes...

it happens sometimes...

yes also depends on packing . go with a light pack kinda like sprinkling the shisha in the bowl.

juices for sure. i had the same thing happen sometimes. paper-towels kept it from moving and such, but juices still dripped down the stem
