where is the best place in Dubai?

A buddy of mine is going to Dubai on business and is picking me up a hookah or 3. Does anyone here know where a good place there to pick one up and what he should look for? I want the best bang for the buck. Another buddy that went there got a big one for about $40 (U.S) so I know they have great prices since he really bought the first one that looked neat to him.
Hookahs are new to me as well since I was in Chantilly Va last month and went to my first hookah bar. That was GREAT. So my buddies trip could not have come at a better time. 
I will probably have him send me a few different ones because I like to have parties and one hookah would probably not be enough on most occassions.

anywhere in dubai! seriously, dubai has such a vast amount of hookahs everywhere your pretty much spoilt for choice and you dont have to step out of your house to buy one. its a large industry there so expect lots of hookah merchandise and shisha flavours!

Tell him to go to any hookah lounge and ask the server, they will be very helpful .. But make sure he does not buy it for him, they will take comission and make money out of him.

Thanks for the info. I will probably have him get me 6 or so and keep the ones I like best. Or keep them all so I will have more than enough for big parties. I mainly wonder the best things for him to look for in a hookah. I guess that is where asking the locals comes into play.
He is shipping them back to me and I get a really good shipping rate so I guess even if there are a few I don't like as much I will not be able to complain for the price ya know? I will post pics once I get the motherload

A friend of mine has a couple hookahs from Dubai, after I took her to the Mya Saray store in Sterling and we bought some she realised that all of hers from the UAE were Mya as well.  Not sure what that story accomplishes but I felt like telling it.  What hookah bar did you go to in Chantilly? I'm there every day right now for work and wouldn't mind chilling with a hookah while I wait for a job.

Well it certainly sounds pretty promising. He will have a digital camera and be able to email pics I can look at before he buys. So that may help as well.
I don't remember the name of the place in Chantilly but it is in the same strip mall as the Back Porch Grill at Hwy 50 and Centerville. The strip is L shaped and the hookah bar is in the middle. The owners name is Sam.
