For some strange reason, I love sharing what I know, its who I am. It is a big reason I used to spend so much time here giving out the best advice i could. Now though, I barely have time for the forums, or internet in general. So I want to have a way to share what I know in an easy to get, easy to watch, and easy to follow manner. So I've decided to give making some videos a shot.

This first video is a test, its not scripted, set up, or in anyway what the final series would be like. Just a quick and dirty run through to try things out (mainly trying out 720p recording on my phone). This was done spur of the moment, in my horrid basketball shorts, and i might have stumbled in a few places.

The final videos would be scripted, better lighted, and set up much better then this. As I said, this is just a test. So vote in the poll if you would like me to go ahead with this project. If so I'll start on the first scripts this weekend.

It only makes sense for a place lie this to have something like that.

Make your videos, put them in your own thread, and hopefully it will get stickied that way it will be easy to find for everyone.

I had an idea for this too, was still editing mine but had sound problems from workers outside my house

sounds like an epic idea. and sounds like fun. now i want to make videos. lol

i think it'd be a great addition to the forum, and like travis said, maybe it'll get sticky'd to the top, which would be pretty sweet.

Great idea! If you're taking suggestions, here's what I'd like to see in there: 1) Pros and cons of stainless steel versus brass stems. 2) Brands to avoid and why. 3) Why do shafts rust out? 4) Washable or non-washable hoses. 5) Your choices if you want a shaft that disassembles.
