Nakhla Herbal Shisha?

I was looking around on Ebay at hookah products and stumbled across a seller with Nakhla herbal shisha. My first thought was that it was regular Nakhla and that they're just calling it herbal so they can sell it on Ebay. Then I thought maybe it was some counterfeit Nakhla stuff. I haven't been around for awhile so maybe this has already been hashed out. Is Nakhla actually making tobacco-free shisha?

no, its BS and ebay looks the other way.

There is no herbal Nakhla and people should report the scam. If we cant legitimately sell the stuff a farce of saying it's herbal shouldn't be allowed either.

I felt pretty sure that's what was up, but I just had to ask. I went back and looked again and a lot of the boxes looked exactly like the Nakhla I usually buy so it was obvious those weren't tobaccoless, but the others were unfamiliar looking boxes with no English on them, I figured they were imported. Even if it didn't bother me to buy "herbal" Nakhla on Ebay, I'd be suspicious about getting counterfeit product on top of that.
