kmccoy90
What do you mean by "going bad?" As long as you keep them dry they should last indefinitely.

Chreees
Just keep them in a dry place, and somewhere where the temperature doesn't get ridiculously hot or cold.

king_lunchb0x
most of the ones that people say are bad were from bad batches or poor handling while shipping
ih303
I'd bet most of the coals people say are bad really are bad regardless of the brand or storage method. We've used AF Nats, CH Nats, and Coconaras at our lounge and some boxes just suck. Idk exactly why that is but no coal company is perfect, and sometimes some batches are just bad.
