CigarDawg
Hello, fellow hookah-lovers. As you probably surmise from my username, I am a cigar-lover at heart. I am a member of several cigar forums and since I am getting older, I decided to keep the name I have been using on them for over 10 years to avoid having to remember a new one. I live north of Atlanta and have been smoking hookah for around 8 years. This is my favorite time of year to sit on the patio in the evenings and enjoy a few bowls of shisha, either alone or with friends. When I am feeling bold, I might smoke a cigar and a bowl at the same time. I am currently smoking a mix of Romman coconut and Al Fakher chocolate, which tastes like a Mounds bar. I own a couple of hookahs, neither of which I know the brand. I have been visiting this site for a few months and it has been a terrific source of information for me, so please accept a hearty "Thank you" for your shared wisdom. I recently upgraded to Mya whips and it really made a difference. I am looking forward to upgrading to Vortex bowls and am currently using a mod in my regular clay ones to simulate the effect until I my local shop gets them in stock. Thank you for your hospitality. Long ashes and thick smoke, CigarDawg

Matto
welcome to the forum! You may look into getting a phunnel instead of a vortex, i have both and personally prefer the phunnel.

[/quote] I am getting my supplies at a cigar shop on Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta. Rick, the owner, has a nice selection of hookahs, shisha and accessories, though I wouldn't call it exhaustive by any means. My old shop was owned by a friend who was from an Iraqi family and he turned me on to the hookah. He went out of business earlier this year, so now I mostly smoke at home or a friend's home when I take it with me. Thanks for the tip on Nazareth, I'll stop in someday and check it out.
