New To Shisha

Recommended Posts

I completely hate Herbal shisha. But if you're someone who wants to smoke something nicotine free from time to time, that's the way to do it I suppose.

Some very prestigious brands of shisha are starbuzz, tangiers, and social smoke.

I only list those three, because those are three that have never disappointed me, as far as liking all the flavors I have tried.

But my biggest piece of advice, is never swear to one brand. Every brand has a ace of spades flavor, and another that is just terrible. You just have to shop around, read reviews and get opinions depending which flavor you're aiming to smoke.

Salaam, and yeah that stuff is pretty decent for some cane smoke.

You're going to want to get started with some Starbuzz - probably Blue Mist, Tangerine Dream, or Pumpkin Pie if you're feeling festive. :)

As far as the herbal stuff goes, Travis and IainUM hit the nail on the head with their Saalaam reccommendation. Try the Lemon Pucker. You won't be disappointed.

I've read that smoking herbal (cane based) shisha is potentially pretty bad for you. Not saying that smoking tobacco is much better, but at least you get a better experience! Starbuzz is O.K. but expensive. What I would recommend is buying various brands and seeing which you like more. I exclusively smoke tangiers now after working with different flavors and it is by far my favorite. Brands that I would strongly recommend: Tangiers and Nakhla. (There are different lines of Tangiers: F-Line, J-Line (Lucid) and Regular) Lucid is washed which is much easier to work with. You might want to search around the forums for a more thorough explanation, but washed essentially means that the tobacco is soaked in water to remove the majority of the nicotine. If you are starting with herbals than I would suggest moving to a washed line. Starbuzz is washed as well, so ih303's recommendation is one to consider as well :)
