Philmatic
I would hardly call this "killing it", all they're doing is including Hookah smoke with in the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act, which forbids all tobacco based smoke from being "produced" indoors. This is no different than the counties in Southern California, you can't say that Hookah smoke is "dead" there, can you? This is merely the law catching up with society. While I prefer indoor smoking, I also understand that it shouldn't get a pass. Either include with with whatever existing tobacco laws exist, or repeal them altogether. Chreees
My problem is that this is America, and you can't say "well we're doing this for the people who don't want to be subjected to secondhand smoke." Why can't they use that as a valid argument? Because all the people have to do is don't go inside the HOOKAH bar. Simple as that. And now with this whole universal healthcare crap they're really going to get nazi about what you can/can't do... I can't believe what this country is coming to. IainUM
this would make sense if it was a restaurant with hookahs there also, but just a place MADE for smoking hookah? that's quite dumb

Its a place for smoking . Why would someone who dose not want to me subjected to the smoke even go in. Also Ive always thought of the smoke more as a vapor . Its rare that ive heard a smoke detector go off from it
