Maximum Hose Length

Has anyone here investigated how long a hookah hose can get before you get problems pulling a good head of smoke?

i've seen one where these guys had a dozen or so hoses chained together and were smoking across the kitchen.  it was damn long and it still worked.  as long as there are no leaks (which would be hard to isolate unless you check after each addition) i imagine you could have 50+ feet hoses.

i got a 7 foot house that works just fine, i dont see why extending it another x amount of feet would make a difference

as far as a hose, i've seen like 20ft hoses in one video...pulled fine. the guy basically made a hose where he could smoke almost anywhere in his apartment without moving his hookah...

I used to have an 8 foot homemade hose that worked fine. I lost it when i moved from student housing to my apartment though. dunno howi managed that one. but it was nice.

As long as the inside of the hose is perfectly smooth (impossible), a hose could be infinitely long without affecting the pull.
